Palm oil is the world's most consumed vegetable oil — found in half of all supermarket products. Yet the industry that produces it still relies on manual labor, dangerous harvesting conditions, and guesswork-based management. Workers carry heavy pole sickles to harvest fruit bunches from 20-meter-tall trees. Plantation managers drive for hours just to estimate yield. Deforestation goes undetected until it's too late.
SYNGA was founded in 2026 in Singapore with a singular conviction: AI can transform every layer of this industry — from satellite monitoring of millions of hectares, to computer vision that grades fruit ripeness in milliseconds, to autonomous robots that harvest safely from the ground.
